Not at all! Billtobox is a user-friendly platform that allows anyone to easily receive, send and archive invoices.

How can I create a billtobox account?

You can register for Billtobox any time of the day. Go to the inlogpage of the Billtobox platform and click on 'Not a customer'. You will be asked to fill in your email address, after which you will receive an email with some instructions. Fill in the necessary personal/entrepreneurial details and after validation you can start using Billtobox.

Can I try Billtobox for free?


Yes, you can! The package (Smart) is a free bundle that allows you to try Billtobox for free. This bundle is suitable to process 1000 invoices per year. Would you like to process more invoices or would you like to switch to a package with even more options? Simply switch to another package and all your stored data will automatically be transferred.

Is support included in every subscription? 

Yes, of course. We have an online database where you can contact us with all your questions. But our support team is also there to assist you if needed. How can my accountant join Billtobox so that I can share my documents with him?


If you want to share your documents with your accountant via Billtobox, it is important that he is also connected to Billtobox. This is very simple. We have a Billtobox team that specializes in the onboarding of accountants. All you have to do is send us the contact details of your accountant and we will do the rest.
This way, we make sure that everything is set up with your accountant and the sharing of documents can start.
